Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for QC testing of active ingredients and preservatives, managing lab consumables, ensuring the qualification and maintenance of analytical equipment, and method development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing of materials, both as raw materials and in finished product formulations. Ensure adherence to the Annual API Testing Schedule.
- Keep track of lab consumables and analytical materials
- Conduct testing and inspection of incoming goods
- Coordinate testing by external laboratories when required.
- Participate in method development and method improvement projects.
- Collaborate with the appointed team for Qualification and Validation to facilitate the transfer of methods into the laboratory.
- Work with production operatives to support the production function and achieve manufacturing objectives, such as calculating addition quantities and conducting in-process quality control testing.
- Investigate complaints related to product quality.
- Participate in Qualification and Validation to support process validation, cleaning validation, method validation, and qualification.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry/ forensic/ related
- Industrial experience using analytical equipment i.e. HPLC
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
