Hybrid working from Manchester or Derby

Salary - £70,000 - £85,000 depending on experience

SRG is working with a leading global manufacturer of speciality chemicals. Recently a new vacancy has opened for a manager of regulatory activities in Europe, specifically within EU, UK and Turkey REACH. This is a great opportunity for someone with regulatory compliance management experience to work as part of a global team as part of the senior leadership team. Applications welcome from regulatory experts within the chemicals industry and consultancy backgrounds. Experience training and mentoring in regulatory affairs would be very beneficial.



Role Description

• Providing regulatory support on company products and collaborating with the R&D team
• Leading the registrations of company products in REACH (UK, EU and Turkey primarily)
• Training more junior members of staff in regulatory guidelines
• Supporting with continuous improvement of compliance management
• Identifying compliance issues with company products and insuring safety

Requirements

• Extensive experience in REACH regulations
• Significant experience working with IUCLID and related software
• An understanding of hazard communication and toxicology would be beneficial
• Project and people management experience in regulatory affairs
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid set up in the Manchester or Derby area
• Full right to work in the UK.
