Job Title: Project and Program Manager

Contract: 12-month contract

Location: Jealott's Hill, Bracknell (Remote)

Salary: up to £29.86 per hour



SRG are working with a Global Agrochemical company to help them find a Project and Program Manager to join their busy team.

As a Project and Program Manager you will be responsible for providing support to the planning, execution, and delivery of our key digital transformation initiatives in CP Regulatory, with main focus on Data Driven Dossiers and key projects feeding into it, especially from Product Safety. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and assist project leads to establish agile processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with Digital Regulatory strategic priorities.



Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in the establishment and enforcement of project governance policies and practices to ensure agile project delivery.
  • Work with Project Leads to develop roadmaps and project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and work with the project team to develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Support change management activities to drive the successful adoption of digital initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
  • May provide training and support to project team members on project management methodologies and tools.




Candidate Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in leading projects and/or portfolios.
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders across functional
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio and support delivering projects with high quality information to meet the demands of business specific and strategic projects.
  • Networking with the regional and global cross functional community to recognize difficulties and opportunities. Follow-up and initiate connection to create additional value.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project and program management in related projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Good knowledge and certification in project management.
