CK Group are recruiting for a Regional Account Manager to join a hazardous waste management company. This is a permanent role for a salary of £42,500 or higher depending on experience.
As a Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of new business and regional customer base growth revenue against targets, providing technical and commercial knowledge to deliver excellent customer focus in line with the strategic direction of the business.
Location:
This is a field role covering the South East and South West of the UK.
As a Regional Account Manager, the main purpose of your role will be:
- Achieve total revenue & growth business targets on a monthly & annual basis.
- Deliver & promote new service offerings as arising.
- Driving new & existing customer sales for the Treatment Division.
- Directly manage and grow the allocated ‘top 20’ regional accounts.
- Deliver incoming waste to meet volume requirements of existing / new processes and routes.
- Develop & maintain excellent internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales and Finance teams as critical stakeholders in the sales process.
As a Regional Account Manager you should have:
- Experience of technical waste sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry is essential.
- Experience of negotiating with customers and suppliers.
- Proven track record of sales growth against targets.
- Experience of sales performance metrics.
- Chemistry degree an advantage.
