Hours of work: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours a week)
Onsite requirement: This will be a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week on site.

- Work with multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and conduct daily activities in support of an efficient and effective end-to-end HSE chemical product safety / product stewardship process.
- Administrative maintenance of materials in Novartis HSE database (Hazcom).
- Support Chemical Product Safety (CPS) Team in GHS/CLP classification, Safety Data sheet (SDS) authoring and SDS sharing for Novartis materials.
- Manage SDS inbox and process SDS requests.
- Upload SDSs from suppliers for purchased materials to Novartis HSE database (Hazcom).
We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:
- Minimal requirement is a Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication and Team Skills.
- Proficiency in Oral and Written English.
Additional Information
Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in Dublin in Ireland and whilst we support hybrid working, we would expect the intern to be in the office an average of 12 days a month.
