SRG are working with a leading Chemical Supplier focused on improving building blocks for Drug Discovery. They are currently looking for a Graduate Business Development Executive with a degree in Chemistry to join their team on a permanent basis, at their site in Cambridge.

This role will predominantly involve creating & nurturing client relations to develop business throughout Europe & USA. You will attend conferences and exhibitions to gain an insight to the industry, identify trends in the market and work with senior members of the team to establish new areas for growth. This role requires a second language from Europe including German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

This is a perfect opportunity for a graduate looking to expand their business development and network within the Chemicals industry.

Role / Description

• Meeting clients both new and existing in person and virtually to develop business prospects.
• Attending relevant networking events to develop understanding of the market.
• Working with senior members of team to identify key areas to develop business.
• Researching business & industry trends to ensure innovative & efficient work is undertaken.

Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• Second Language (European) desired but not essential.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently plan, organize and manage own workload.
