CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Chemist to join a leading provider of waste management services on a full time, permanent basis in Liverpool. This is a shift role, 6am-3pm, 11am-8pm, alternating each week.

Your main duties will be to:
- To support and control the site’s analytical testing and assessment requirements including all EA/UU technical issues.
- To ensure acceptance and dispatch operations are in line with the company’s BMS, ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
- To identify and report on opportunities and trends in the site’s technical control/analysis systems
- To raise non-conformances on any incoming loads in line with procedures immediately
- To generate load/dispatch paper-work in line with company & legislative requirements.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to HNC standard
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling Hazardous Wastes
