QA Technician

QA Technician needed for a Food/Nutrition company based in Cumbria. Joining a small team they need someone who has experience working with Food/Dairy/Consumer Goods and has knowledge of BRC .



Job Title: QA Technician

Location: Cumbria

Salary: £26,500 - £32,000

Permanent role

Role:

• Recording of Microbiological testing results
• Raw material and product grading
• Liaising with customers and various internal departments
• Investigating complaints
• Responsible for handling and investigating CAPAs
• Managing bypass rates
• Reporting trending results to Quality Manager
• Complying with H&S procedures

Requirements:

• Industry experience in Food/Nutrition/ Dairy/ Pharma/FMCG or similar
• BRC Knowledge
• Scientific degree
