CK Group is recruiting for a Compliance Manager in West Sussex, this is a full-time permanent role with a salary starting at £30,000 per annum with scope for higher depending on experience.
Our client is a market leader in building and waterproofing products.
The site is based in West Sussex, commutable from south London by car.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications
- Experience in Chemicals
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, continuous improvement methodologies, and training program management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, legislative guidelines, and continuous improvement tools.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations.
- Positively assist the company in finding solutions to non-compliance matters
- Regularly review and update the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external compliance audits, addressing any non-conformities.
- Identify areas for operational and procedural enhancement.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry best practices.
