The role
As Digital Marketing Executive you will play a key role in managing digital channels to deliver impactful activity to support our ambitious marketing campaigns. You will be expected to develop close relationships with colleagues, including delivery teams and those based overseas. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Assistant ensuring they are appropriately trained for their respective tasks.
You will be involved in all marketing campaigns targeting a wide range of global audiences, helping us to personalise activity using timely, unique and relevant messaging based on preferences and behaviours, supporting both emotional and rational positioning to drive action and engagement.
What we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing management using existing channels and emerging trends.
- Experience of working with Maxemail or equivalent email software.
- Experience in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns.
- Understanding of a global audience, ability to target specific customer segments and enabling a localized / international approach to encourage our customers to acquire, use and retain our products and services, supporting loyalty, growth and success.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver tasks to tight deadlines, as well as the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing demands in a fast moving and complex business environment.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and on your own initiative as well as being a strong team player, with the ability to work with other delivery teams to achieve campaign goals.

The contractual base for this role is our Cambridge, however we are currently embracing hybrid working, and therefore you will have the opportunity to work from a location other than this within the UK, as agreed with your line manager. Applicants should be aware that there is an expectation that employees will attend the office as needed for their role. For this role, you will be expected to attend the office once a week to twice a month. You will be expected to attend the office more often while training.
