We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a leading Gene therapy company based in the London area. As the Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for assisting the engineering manager with the day to day care responsibilities and performance improvements, to a variety of utility services and manufacturing equipment across the site.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Facilities Maintenance Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Supporting Site Capital Projects, such as Utility and Facility Installation, Commissioning Perspective
2.Aid with the continuous improvement of the internal and external PPM schedule,
3.Assist with the maintenance and measurement of a framework for improvement in quality performance. This would be in line with cGMP standards.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Facilities Maintenance Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in an engineering discipline or a minimum of 2 years post completion of Trades Certificate
2. Proven industry experience in using engineering techniques, such as compressed air, Oxygen, H.V.A.C. and Utility systems within clean room standards.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with working in a Cleanroom facility.
