KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Materials Compliance Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will ensure that agreed laboratory timelines are implemented, batch progression targets are met and that the calibration or validation of laboratory equipment and automated systems is performed.
2. The Team Leader will operate a variety of instrumentation and computer software packages intended for data analysis, collation and other related applications (e.g. LIMS). They will ensure routine data collection and analysis is performed within the department, for example, statistical process control.
3. Another duty will be to produce reports covering laboratory results, including trending and assessment of out-of-specification / limits results as well as ensure instrumentation and computer software packages are qualified in accordance with procedures.
4. It will be essential to perform sample approvals, update departmental quality records and support unscheduled changes to authorised plan based on knowledge of business requirements outside of core hours.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Materials Compliance Team Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant BSc degree or equivalent experience is required for the role.
2. Proven extensive laboratory experience and demonstrated competency in managing others as well as experience of raising, completing, and investigating quality records is essential.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within GMP/GLP regulated environments is crucial.
