We are currently looking for a QA Team Leader to join a GMP Pharmaceutical business based in the Hertfordshire region. As the QA Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of QA Officers as well as the following:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.Act as the Quality Management System Specialist, acting as the site QMS champion, developing and making improvements through root cause analysis and risk management.
2.Day to day management of operational QA functions, ensuring the entire product lifecycle and batch review processes meet the required compliance requirements.
3.Responsible for the management of the audit program, including internal and external audits. Acting as Audit lead for hosting external supplier audits, liaising regularly with the MHRA.
4.Support the development of the QA team, working closely with the Head of Quality, to identify development opportunities across the team.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QA Team Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Experienced managing or guiding Quality Teams, either in a Management or Senior Quality position.
2. Proven industry experience within a GMP environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience of a pharmaceutical QMS, including management and improvements.
