Analytical Chemist - Essex
Our client is looking for someone with experience in industrial analytical chemistry to join their research team in Essex. The role will consist of analysing samples with HPLC, LC-MS and other chromatographic techniques in a GLP lab.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sample preparation and analysis with HPLC and LC-MS
- Adherence to GLP standards
- Developing and validating analytical methods
- Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Mentoring junior staff (depending on experience level)
You Will Need:
- A minimum BSc degree in chemistry or a similar scientific discipline
- A minimum 2 years' industrial experience with either HPLC, LC-MS or GC
- Experience working in a GLP lab
- Computer literacy
- Full right to work within the UK
