They are looking for an NPD Manager to work on special projects and collaborations. The role is office based and is hybrid! They are looking someone who has experience in NPD within Cosmetics and is passionate about the industry. The company support the development of their staff immensely and work to support people grow within the business!

The Role:

• Creating ad Managing the NPD Calendar
• Lead on critical path meetings and ensure it is communicated appropriately to the team
• Developing products for special projects/ collaborations and license products
• Creating artwork briefs and managing approval process
• Managing the workload of the NPD Assistant
• Liaising with UK production team and suppliers

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NPD Role
• Experience of managing an assistant or direct report
• Passion for Cosmetics and product development
• Working experience with product development or project management
• Microsoft Office Skills
