Screening Scientist - Biotechnology - Oxfordshire

I am recruiting for a Screening Scientist role that is based in the Biotechnology/Drug Discovery industry. As a Screening Scientist you will be involved in the development of assays to support internal and external drug discovery projects, carrying out a range of assays such as PCR, qPCR, Western Blot, ELISA and Flow Cytometry.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Minimum BSc/MSc in a biology related discipline
• Relevant post-graduate experience within the biotechnology or drug discovery industry
• Analytical techniques including PCR, qPCR, ELISA, Western Blot. Flow Cytometry experience is desirable
• Knowledge of biological sciences, particularly molecular biology or protein binding
