Technical Sales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading adhesives and sealants manufacturer for a Technical Sales Manager to join their site based in Northamptonshire. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will promote sales of branded and private label products into industrial and construction end users, OEMs and distribution networks. To be considered for this role, you will be from Engineering/Technical background, with a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of branded and private label adhesives and sealants
• Develop relationships with existing customer to increase business potential
• Gather market intelligence to encompass market size, market share, and seek growth opportunities as a result
• Present complex ranges and negotiate at a senior level

Knowledge and Experience:

• Engineering/Technical background with adhesives and sealant knowledge
• A proven sales track record with a desire to win new business
• Preferably degree level educated
