Head of Quality - Hertfordshire

£80,000

The company are a massively growing and expanding luxury skincare manufacturer, who manufacture, blend and package all products on site! They are currently looking for a Head of Quality. The role of the Head of Quality will be to oversee the quality management for the whole business!



The Role:
  • Develop and head up the QMS
  • Head up FDA Certification
  • Evaluate and design, current and new SOPs and Quality processes
  • Audits/ GMP Audits
  • Overseeing all Quality and Manufacturing processes
  • Act as expert for the whole business to guide the business to any necessary quality changes
  • Evaluate challenges the business may face
  • Report on key performance indicators across quality standards
  • Implement and develop processes to meet business objectives






Skills:
  • Scientific degree
  • 10 years of Cosmetic experience
  • Working and theoretical knowledge of relevant ISO's, SOPs, GMP and FDA
  • Management/ Leadership experience
  • Commercially minded
  • Environmental adaptable
