Payroll and Finance Administrator

CK Group is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join its finance and payroll team in Chesterfield. You will be joining a dedicated team assisting in the smooth running of head office finance functions, supporting hundreds of staff across the UK.

Previous finance or payroll experience is not required, but the suitable candidate should be skilled in accurate data entry and interested in starting a career in payroll.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £20,000

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting operation of payroll runs
• Processing starters and leavers
• Supporting administration of company pension
• Inputting absence records - holidays SSP SMP SPP
• Accurate record keeping of payroll files
• Answering payroll related queries
• Updating of relevant spreadsheets and payroll systems
• General finance and payroll administration

You will be self motivated with a positive attitude and with excellent attention to detail.
