Downstream Production Lead

I am currently supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Downstream Production Manager. You will join a global company who focus on drug development to create healthier lives. Its a fantastic opportunity to lead production teams within a growing company.



Responsibilities of the role:-

• In this role you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of all Downstream Purification manufacturing and technical transfer contracts.
• You will recruit, manage and develop you team whilst managing process improvements to improve efficiency within the department.
• You will be responsible for delivery of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and work with internal departments to ensure all supporting quality documentation is delivered on time and and inline with company standards.
• You will be educated to degree level within a scientific discipline and have extensive relevant experience, experience in bioprocessing using downstream purification techniques and operations within a GMP environment.
