CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Sales Executive to join an environmental and waste management company based in Greater Birmingham, West Midlands area, on a permanent basis.The Company:
Our client is an established and leading company in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management in the West Midlands. They hold ISO14001 accreditation for environmental efficiency and sustainability, in addition to ISO9001 and ISO45001 accreditations. Salary:
£24,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This Technical Sales Executive role is located in Greater Birmingham in the West Midlands, easily commutable from Wasall, Stafford, Lichfield, and surrounding areas. Your main duties will be to
- Producing and maintaining individual Account Management Plans for each client within the defined portfolio.
- Development of a pipeline to manage and measure business growth, business development and contracts at risk
- Managing customer contract expectations and service level agreements / key performance indicators
- Regularly review pipeline progress, evaluate, and review strategy and approach
- Sample waste streams as and when required
- Manage customer renewals and account development
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Degree in Chemistry or equivalent hazardous waste technical skills
- Solid Commercial knowledge (deal making) and experience of added value sales in the waste and recycling marketplace
- Knowledge of hazardous waste legislation and supply chain
- Hazardous Waste/Technical Waste Sales
- Negotiating with Customers and Suppliers
You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), a pension scheme, life assurance and a cycle to work scheme.
