Role: Senior QC Technician

Salary: DOE

Location: North west

A world class nutritional food manufacturer located in the north west are looking for a Senior QC Technician to join their team. As Senior QC Technician, you will have a food science background, experienced working within quality control or quality assurance in GMP environment and have experience working in food safety and HACCP.

Main Duties

Record and recommend on chemistry and microbiological testing results
Primary production grading
Raw material grading
Supplier quality notifications and follow through
Tracking bypass rates
Writing and tracking quality concessions
Environmental clean sign off
Replying to customer complaints
Trending results over time and reporting to the QA Manager

Person Profile

Experience in a Quality Control
Strong computer skills
A scientific background
To be organised and motivated
