We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader - Clinical Diagnostics to join a leading innovative healthcare products and solutions company based in the London and South County areas. As the Sales Team Leader - Clinical Diagnostics you will be responsible for the promotion and selling a range of product areas such as therapeutic drugs, specialised reagents, autoimmune and infectious diseases.

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven individual with a clinical background to manage a small team in a face-paced role. As a Sales Team Leader - Clinical Diagnostics, you would have the opportunity to strengthen your managerial skills whilst applying your scientific knowledge and progress in an fast growing company that will reward you with an OTE commission scheme on top of your basic salary.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Sales Team Leader - Clinical Diagnostics will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Developing excellent business relationships with customers and clients, whilst aiming to increasing overall sales volume of products within a designated regional territory.

2. Mentor and lead Junior Territory Managers, and work in conjunction with the Senior Management and Marketing team ensuring optimal promotion and representation of the different principals in the UK market and the company.

3. Develop strategy plans for the launch of new Scientific Divisions with knowledge of territory and competitors, and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and market shares

4. Provide constructive collaboration and communication with all customers and managers, and follow up business potential and opportunities including organising and running meetings.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Sales Team Leader - Clinical Diagnostics we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a life sciences discipline.

2. Proven industry experience ideally in a clinical or pathology setting. However previous sales and territory management is also highly desired.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with selling consumables, or having worked with clients and / or customers in a clinical setting.
