Job Details
I am currently supporting our client with the recruitment of a Fermentation/Upstream Manager to support within large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities for the role:-
- You will manage a small team of Fermentation Scientists and implement process improvements with the Upstream processes.
- You will offer input into the design of upto 300L fermenter and provide support to generate products for cGMP cell bank testing, service projects and application areas.
- You will review batch process data and identify process optimisation activities and perform scale down studies at 10L scale.
- You will have a minimum of a BSc if Life Science, Biochemical/Chemical Engineering and have relevant fermenatation/microbiology industry experience.
