Ideally looking for candidates with a strong background in Process Validation primarily, also looking for good equipment validation & qualification skills (IQ, OQ, PQ)

As the Validation Engineer - you will benefit from gaining significant experience & exposure to a range of validation projets within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

General Responsibilities or the Validation Engineer;

• Cleaning validation
• Product & Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• New raw material evaluation
• New test method preparation
• NCR investigations
• Produce corrective / preventative actions
• Product amendments / tech transfers
• Equipment Validation
• Value Stream Mapping
• CI initiatives
• Problem solving / Root cause analysis
• Raising Capital Expenditure Requests
• Customer complaints investigations
• Completing audit actions
• Visual management of;
  • Overall equipment effectiveness
  • Continuous improvement
  • Statistical process control
• Manage projects as requiredAssist in audits and regulatory inspections as required

Knowledge and Experience as in Validation Engineer:

The role owner will have proven validation experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is anticipated that the person will have a minimum of three years practical experience.

Demonstrable experience of exerting validation expertise is a requirement.

A Degree in a Life Sciences subject or Engineering would be advantageous
