CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a resin and composites company at their site based in Heanor, Derbyshire on a contract basis for approximately 3 months.

Salary: £11.30 to £13.30 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37.5 per week 8:30am to 4:30pm

Laboratory Technician Role:

Analytical testing of epoxy resins mostly by Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) but the job could also involve FT-IR and HPLC
Data gathering, logging results and paper work associated with testing
General housekeeping of laboratory

Your Background:

A-levels or similar qualification in Chemistry, Maths, Physics or similar
This role would suit a student on a summer break or someone looking to gain experience
Experience with the following analytical techniques DSC, HPLC or FT-IR would be advantageous
