Job Details
A Cambridge-based biotechnology company is seeking an Analytical Development Scientist to join their team focused on the development of novel therapeutics.
In this role, you will develop and conduct chromatography and electrophoresis methods to support in the analytical testing and quality analysis of biological products, support in the tech transfer of analytical methods to external CMO, and produce and maintain CMC analytical development documentation to support regulatory submissions and inspections.
Requirements for this role:
- Degree in relevant scientific discipline;
- Proven experience in the development of methods for the analytical characterisation of biologics, ideally antibodies;
- Experience in electrophoresis techniques such as CE-SDS and cIEF, and chromatography techniques such as size-exclusion, reverse-phase, ion-exchange, and hydrophobic-interaction chromatography.
