Role Overview
We are currently looking for a ERP Analyst to join a leading life science company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the ERP Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of IFS HR and Payroll solutions though design and delivery activities. Within the ERP platform, you will provide a system that can support the organisation through a period of expansion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your role will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will develop a strong understanding of business operations and how the company can best use IFS by reviewing existing HR & Payroll systems within IFS and how they could be improved.
2. As the ERP Analyst you will investigate, develop and test solutions in order to improve system performance.
3. You will have the ability to offer IFS expertise, support and ownership from a technical perspective in the Payroll process and reporting tools.
4. You will assist in the analysis of underlying issues and their root causes in order to identify options for improvement.

Role Requirements:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the ERP Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. You will have over five years of IFS experience or another relevant ERP system.
2. Proven industry experience in HR and Payroll processes, ideally with time and attendance or with designing HR solutions.
3. A working knowledge of basic SQL, with an ability to create your own reports for data analysis along with business process and mapping analysis.
