Immunology Research Scientist

An Oxford-based drug discovery company are seeking an Immunology Research Scientist to support their research into the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics. This is a great opportunity for a recent PhD graduate to make the move into industry, or for an established research associate to take the step up.

As an Immunology Research Scientist, you will perform experiments to support ongoing in-house R&D projects, and support the validation of new targets for the modulation of immune cell function, and develop a range of in vitro assays relevant to a range of therapeutic areas.

Essential requirements for the role:

• PhD or MSc with proven postgraduate experience in immunology;
• Significant experience in the isolation, differentiation, culturing and profiling of T cells and/or immune cells;
• Proven experience in the development of immunoassays, reporter assays, and flow cytometry;
• Knowledge and understanding of in vitro and in vivo models.
