Aseptic Quality Specialist

CK Group is recruiting for an Aseptic Quality Specialist to join a global manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and vaccines spanning a range of indications in the animal health industry. This is a permanent role located near Guildford and Woking.

The Aseptic Quality Specialist Role:
Your responsibilities will be to:
-Be accountable for aseptic processing and sterile assurance across the site and support the business by providing ongoing expert technical advice, leadership and assisting in problem solving.
-Support in the aseptic manufacture of products, processes, filling, packaging and validation of products as well as the Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification of equipment and controlled manufacturing environments.
-Develop, implement and maintain robust procedures for aseptic processing, environmental monitoring & revalidation activities.
-Oversee all sterile manufacturing media simulations to ensure compliance and that he final summary report is written and approved.

Your Background:
The successful candidate will have/be:
-Educated to degree level or above in life science, pharmacy or a related field with solid experience in a quality role in a sterile GMP manufacturing environment.
-Experience of aseptic manufacturing and filling operations, ideally including biological products and experience of sterile environments.
-Excellent attention to detail with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
