Marketing Executive for Lead Generation

Want to reach and influence scientists globally, to help advance their research? Can you extract key messages from a chemistry publication or white paper to use an ad or eblast? (And did you spot the error in that last sentence?) Our marketing team is looking for a new marketing executive to support the charity’s ambitious growth goals.

Working in the small marketing team, you’ll drive our lead generation efforts through preparing, distributing, monitoring, and iterating our digital advertising and promotions. You’ll also get involved in our blogs, social media, and events.

You’ll need great written communication skills, and an understanding of chemistry or a related science to be able to communicate effectively to our target audience: computational scientists at academic and industrial organisations.

The CCDC’s small molecule structures database and software suites are well used across top pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. With additional lead generation we want to make the next step into mid-sized and start-up pharma companies and expand our reach in academia.
