CK Group are recruiting for a Spanish and Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.
Up to £14.83 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.
Spanish and Portuguese speaking Customer Service Associate Role:
• Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP).
• Receive orders and enter them in SAP system, handle backorders and returns for customers, monitor all open orders.
• Handle customer routine complaints and disputes.
• Receive and resolve internal ad-hoc inquiries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Spanish and Portuguese language required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
• SAP knowledge is advantageous .
