Overview:

We are supporting a global pharmaceutical company bringing innovation and fundamental changes to the way diseases are managed, interpreted and prevented. We are recruiting for a Senior Scientific Director Analytical Development within chemical and pharmaceutical development supply, encompassing all analytical aspects from late discovery to commercialisation.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Broad and strong scientific analytical development knowledge, both in terms of strategic technologies and analytical project/control strategies, across varies modalities and delivery platforms.
  • Strong managerial capabilities in a global context
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Ability to challenge the steady state and influence
  • Demonstrated success at developing highly collaborative and effective relationships in complex organization. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Sound business skills, including financial acumen and business planning

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required Minimum Education: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent through business experience.
  • Required Years of Related Experience: +15 years, and 3-5 years of experience and progressively advanced duties at the Sr. Director level.
