CK Group are recruiting for Medical Operations Specialist to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in High Wycombe on a contract basis until the end of 2021.


Our client is one of the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical companies and is part of a global family of companies.

This Medical Operations Specialist role will be based at our client’s site in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire although there could be flexibility for home working.

£39 per hour LTD – this role is outside IR35.

Medical Operations Specialist Role:
  • Coordination of health care compliance sensitive cross-border events and educational grant/consultancy or speaker agreements, within a specific therapy area, aligning closely with EMEA Medical Affairs colleagues.
  • Overall budget tracking, consolidation and follow-up, working closely with finance department and budget owners within Medical Affairs to ensure that the budget is spent correctly and according to the business plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Care Compliance and Transfer of value requirements.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory guidelines, HCBI and company policy.
  • Maintain open communication and cooperation with other individuals in EMEA Medical Affairs Team to ensure knowledge exchange and sharing of good practice.

Your Background:
  • University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Generally requires 4-6 years work experience.
  • Project management and event management skills.
  • Awareness of, and advanced training in, Healthcare Compliance.
  • Fluency in English Language required and a fluency in additional EMEA languages an advantage.
