Job Details
In this role, they will manage a small team of 3-5 experienced product development scientists and ensure the smooth management of projects through development and commercialisation. They will look for and investigate improvements to processes/products to maximise yield and optimise the cost
of goods. They will build an understanding of the key risks in the program and development robust contingency plans to mitigate these risks
Degree, Masters or PhD Educated in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience within Pharmaceutical Development
Good knowledge of either Inhalation or Nasal Product Development
Strong knowledge of FDA/EMEA and MHRA Regulatory Requirements
Track record of FDA/EMEA submissions and approvals
Ideally, experience of working in a CDMO environment
Ideally, Experience managing a small team
