CK Group are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
£14.38 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.

German Speaking Customer Service Associate Role:
- Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP).
- Receive orders and enter them in SAP system, handle backorders and returns for customers, monitor all open orders
- Handle customer routine complaints and disputes
- Receive and resolve internal ad-hoc inquiries
- Support internal and external audits
- German Language required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
