This is a great opportunity for an experienced biophysical scientist (academia or industry background) to use their expertise in biophysical characterisation / physical chemistry to support innovative projects.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Biophysicist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will design, develop and execute scientific protocols focused on biophysics/physical chemistry.
2. As a Biophysicst, you be provide expertise on physical theory and mathematical approached to understand nanoscale and biophysical systems on numerous projects.
3. You will collaborate with internal departments (MS&T Teams, Analytical Teams, R&D Teams) and influence on the design and planning of biophysical methods.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Biophysicist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A PhD in Biophysics, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Mathematics etc.
2. Proven industry/academic experience in biophysical characterisation methods.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with application of experimental methodologies for the characterisation of nanoscale and biophysical systems.
