I'm currently looking for a Quality Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing business to lead and ensure overall quality of the manufacturing processes and products. As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for the following:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.Develop and implement continuous improvement processes to ensure efficient manufacturing & manage associated activities such as Risk Assessments, data integrity and computer system, process and cleaning validation & Statistical Process Control (SPC).

2.Provide guidance on qualification and validation activities for projects involving GxP.

3.Manage and lead risk assessment and mitigation activities to improve Quality Management Systems, process improvements, cleaning and process validation activities.

4.Lead, develop and motivate your Quality team ensuring functional, technical and operational excellence.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.Experience in process control, statistics, equipment validation and computer system validation and qualification.

2.Proven experience of leading Quality Assurance teams within a Pharmaceutical GMP/ GxP business.

3.A working knowledge and practical experience of Six Sigma & SPC practices.
