CK Technical are recruiting for Shift Quality Engineer to join a medical device and diagnostics company at their sites based across central Scotland on a permanent basis.

Location:
This role can be based at either one of our clients sites in Motherwell, North Lankashire. These roles operate 24/7 shifts, 365 days per year and could be based at either our Motherwell or Alloa facility.
Shift Quality Engineer Role:
As a shift based Quality Engineer you will support all aspects of the shift production and QC process providing support to Manufacturing, reagents, QC, cartoning and supply chain.

- Acting as the Quality Engineering representative on shift.
- Product and process performance monitoring.
- Statistical analysis, trend monitoring and reporting.
- QA review of records including batch records, quality events, planned deviations, corrective actions, protocols and risk assessments ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Raising, investigating, root cause and resolving Non-Conformances/Quality Events.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A hands-on Quality Engineer with a high level of relevant industry experience.
- GxP experience.
- Competent in non-conformance root cause investigation and documentation.
