You will be responsible for 2 direct reports. You will build positive and collaborative working relationships with key external stakeholders (Editorial Board members and Associate Editors) and key internal stakeholders (Operations team, Marketing, Sales). You will be responsible for recruitment and performance management of Editorial Board members and Associate Editors, be involved in managing and (re)forecasting budgets, and develop marketing plans to maximise the market profile of the portfolio. You will represent the journals at national and international conferences to ensure the best authorship and geographic diversity.
