CK Science are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Medical Officer with an extensive background in therapeutic antibody or small molecule, pharmaceutical clinical development to join a cell therapy biotech company, based in Boston, Massachusetts on a permanent basis. This is high profile position that will play a key role in the future success of an innovative Immuno Oncology Biotech.

CMO Role:

Other duties will include to:
- Be responsible for the ethical conduct of clinical trials and for subject safety.
- Be accountable for design and execution of Clinical Plans which deliver against scientific and business goals.
- Be accountable for developing methodologies which improve New Molecular Entity survival and reduce the cost of drug development.
- Oversee design of protocols for Phase 1 and 2 studies, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and consultants as appropriate (Statistics, Clinical Pharmacokinetics, clinical project management, clinical operations) approves final protocol.
- Be accountable for FIH decision point and endorsing first dosing in human.
