Medical Director

CK Science are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Director with an extensive background in therapeutic antibody or small molecule, pharmaceutical clinical development to join a cell therapy biotech company, based in Boston, Massachusetts on a permanent basis. This is high profile position that will play a key role in the future success of an innovative Immuno Oncology Biotech.

The Company:
Based in Boston, this company is a fast growing and exciting Biotech. Using their own innovative technology, they are developing therapeutics Antibodies that will form the next generation of IO treatments. You will be working with "World Class" scientists with a pedigree built from experience and credibility.

Medical Director Role:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide medical, clinical and development expertise as well as guidance on the life cycle of pre and post approved clinical studies along with managing interactions with interfacing departments at the company headquarters and in the regional and country organization.

Other duties will include to:

• Manage the medical strategic pathway.
• Have responsibility and be scientific support for pre- and post-launch activities.
• Provide medical input and review of training materials, delivering presentations to ensure accuracy of content.
• Support and ensure appropriate translation of scientific results into product-related messages.
• Prepare the medical and scientific evidence together with a sound business case to communicate the benefits of marketed products.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, government authorities, funding bodies and other entities.
• Have responsibility for the local medical success of global development projects.
• Develop an integrated health care concept network.
