CK Science are currently recruiting for an Interim Project Manager with a major initiative that has and continues to help develop the UK cell and gene therapy industry. This is a fixed term contract for up to 15 months based at our clients site near Hitchin.

Interim Project Manager Role:
Your main duties will be to:
- Manage continuous improvement projects and Cap-Ex Projects, from inception to completion, being professionally accountable for all aspects of assigned projects.
- Develop and deliver accurate and professional business cases to support capital project proposals and produce and communicate to all stakeholders regular forecasts of budget and schedule.
- Provide accurate project spend forecast and manage financial project spend throughout project life cycle.
- Define, monitor and maintain project programs through design, construction, commissioning and validation phases to agreed completion targets.
Your Background:
- Degree qualified in Life Science or a related field or relevant project management qualifications.
- Proven experience of working within a GMP environment, preferably in cell and gene therapy and an excellent track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Excellent interpersonal people skills with the proven ability to engage constructively with Collaborators and colleagues at all levels across different departments to deliver objectives and to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust.
