CK Group are recruiting for a PMO Officer to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Watford on a contract basis for 3 months.
This role will be 100% home based during the current Covid situation, after which it will require 3 days in the Watford office.

Our client takes a pioneering approach to the design of advanced medical products and services, holding lead positions in Orthopaedics Reconstruction, Wound Management and Sports Medicine.
Location:
This PMO Officer role will be based at our clients site in Watford, Hertfordshire.
Salary:
Up to £36.56 per hour, depending upon experience.
PMO Officer Role:
- Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects.
- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme.
- Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
- Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged. Define and embed project control and governance.
Your Background:
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Experience of managing a PMO duties in a large change program.
- Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in efficient Change Management methods (ADKAR).
