KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Lean Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will work with the site leadership team to develop process improvement strategies based on business needs. Kaizen Funnel, Kaizen events etc.
2. Apply continuous improvement methods such as Lean, problem solving, SMED, etc
3. Develop and lead teams to embrace a practice that promote best practice sharing across the plant and within the corporation.
4. You will apply Lean principles of teamwork, methodology, business benefit, innovation and customer focus.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Lean Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in an Engineering or Business discipline along with industrial experience.
2. Proven industry experience in leading operational excellence, continuous improvement or Lean projects is essential to your application.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with manufacturing Life Science / Biotechnology based products will be highly advantageous.
