As a Life-Changer at HRS we will help you to develop new and existing relationships across the science and technology markets. We empower all our Life-Changers to come up with new innovations in their approach, network with their customer community both offline and in person, and to challenge the way recruitment excellence can be delivered. Based on your interest and expertise, you could be supporting permanent, contract or executive recruitment assignments.

Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) is an ambitious and exciting recruitment consultancy led by experienced recruitment leader Ricky Martin, and Lord Alan Sugar. HRS was created off the back of The Apprentice, where Ricky gained a successful investment from billionaire, Lord Sugar. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered as a Life-Changer here at Hyper Recruitment Solutions we'll be looking out for the following in your application:

1. A proven track record in making a difference in a customer facing role. Every day here at HRS we are interacting with customers over the phone and in person, so it is essential you have an insight to what the challenges could be.

2. Prior experience of selling either products or services (it does not need to be recruitment). All roles at HRS require an element of selling and influencing, so to understand such an environment is essential. At HRS we do not see the art of changing lives as selling, however many principles can be applied.

3. Educated in a relevant degree (i.e STEM, business, economics etc) or with relevant customer facing sales experience, we are happy to give future life-changers their first role in to recruitment and train to the highest possible standards.

We have offices located in London, Essex, Manchester and Edinburgh and happy to look at future Life-Changers for any of these locations. Our core training and support will come from the Loughton (Essex) headquarters, so the ability of travelling to this location for extended periods, is essential.
