We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Biotechnology to join a leading Life Science company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Product Manager - Biotechnology you will be responsible for building and delivering strategic and tactical marketing plans for scientific instruments and consumables.


Your duties as the Product Manager - Biotechnology will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will support the commercial director to build a strategic & tactical marketing plan for Instruments & Consumables.

2. You will deliver the strategic & tactical outcomes as agreed in the marketing plan and manage all marketing activity within agreed budgets and on time.

3. As the Product Manager - Biotechnology, you will maintain & Manage KOL & User group relationships and provide reports to the commercial director and other executives in the business.

4. You will be either fully or partly responsible for the company website, social media, commercial presentations, competitor analysis, Exhibition planning and product launches


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Product Manager - Biotechnology we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant Masters or PhD (Bachelors will be considered) in either Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell biology, Regenerative Medicine, Oncology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry or a similar subject.

2. Proven industry experience in Product Management or Marketing would be advantageous.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with the Pre-clinical drug discovery market, including Pharmacokinetics, ADME, DMPK etc. would be advantageous.
