Hyper Recruitment Solutions are working with a Leading Regulatory Consultancy based in the Cambridgeshire area to identify an experience Client Manager to join them as their Regulatory Services Manager. In this position you will be responsible for customer satisfaction through ensuring project time lines and budgets are adhered to as well as through effective development of client relationships.


Your duties as the Regulatory Services Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Strategy - You will work with the company's leadership team to develop regulatory business strategy. You will focus on maximising revenues and ensure business processes are followed. You will ensure that team members are aware of changes to company strategy and provide strategic advise as required.

2. Operational - Ensure that processes are designed to help both technical experts and regulatory team members perform to the highest standard. You will be responsible for group Profit & Loss including budgeting and forecast and revenue claims. You will have the opportunity to suggest process improvements and will be able to contribute to design of projects.

3. Regulatory Project Lead - Manage workloads and resources to ensure revenue targets are met to maintain customer quality. Plan and monitor the progress of programmes to ensure time lines are achieved as well as managing performance initiatives (appraisals, grade/salary adjustments, disciplinary matters).

4. Customer Facing - Your aim will be to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring all of the above is maintained. You will help promote the Regulatory Services Group by assisting sales teams and play an integral role in developing and maintaining client relationships including relationships with Regulatory agencies.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Regulatory Services Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Life Sciences discipline or relevant industry experience. Ideally experience in a Scientific field would benefit your application.

2. Proven industry experience in of running a Regulatory Service is desirable but not essential. However experience with managing projects, ensuring time lines are maintained and managing resources and budgets is vital in your application

3. Experience of line managing staff including ensuring KPIs are achieved and develop staff members careers.
