KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will provide management and leadership for the Biochemistry department, implementing long term strategies for the improvement of efficiency.
2. Taking the lead on receipt of audits internally and externally and ensuring the department is adhering with to record and data integrity requirements will be among your daily duties.
3. Budget management for departmental expenditure and monitoring of consumable and equipment will be an important part of your role as Quality Manager.
4.You will manage high profile projects within the laboratory and across other departments, ensuring delivery is optimal.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Degree or Masters in a Scientific discipline and a number of years of experience managing a quality control or biochemistry department.
2. Proven industry experience implementing new strategies and improving the departmental function is essential to your application.
3. Experience with budgeting, audits and project management would be highly beneficial to your application.
