We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a leading Regulatory Consultancy focused on Crop Protection and Chemical Registration and advice. As the Regulatory Consultant you will be responsible for Dossier Preparation and submission on behalf of clients as well as strategic development.

This position can be based from any of their sites across the UK including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk or Derbyshire. This position offers Flexible Home Working.


Your duties as the Regulatory Affairs Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be the project lead where you will help to develop client regulatory strategy and objectives and you will provide expert Regulatory advise on REACH regulations. You will ensure that dossier preparation and submission deadlines are adhered to.

2. Responsible for pro-actively suggesting process improvements to the systems, processes and infrastructure in place within Crop Protection and Chemical Regulatory Services for effective and efficient performance.

3. You will help to maintain client relationships as well as develop new relationships world wide. This also includes the development and maintenance of relationships with Global Regulatory Authorities.

4. You will use your knowledge of Agrochemicals, Biocides, Ecotoxicology, Environmental Fate and/or Toxicology to offer expert Regulatory advise to both internal and external clients.


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Regulatory Affairs Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Ecotoxicology etc.) in addition to a Regulatory understanding of REACH and CLP regulations for the registration of Agrochemicals, Biocides or Chemical products.

2. Proven industry experience in the Preparation and Submission of Regulatory dossiers.

3. Experience of EU REACH regulations or equivalent as well as exposure to ECA (European Chemicals Agency) or EFSA (European Food Standard Agency).
